“Canal Hotel” is a Giclee print made with high quality archival paper and inks.

An archival print commemorating the 100th anniversary of Port Jervis, NY.  The 16″ x 24″ archival print size is from Peter’s personal collection and is the last one.

Fort Decker was built before 1760 and utilized during the French and Indian War. Fort Decker has been owned by various people through its history, among them Steven St. John who purchased the fort in 1819 and used it as a hotel during the construction of the Delaware and Hudson Canals. Fort Decker is one of three locations in Port Jervis to be recognized on the National Record of Historic Places.

Archival prints will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist
